Refund Policy

    2. We have created this policy to enable you to request a refund on your products under appropriate circumstances.

    1. Refunds/Returns

    2. We do not offer returns and exchanges, however if there is something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at pyramidandfish@outlook.com
    3. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
    4. The following policy is intended to explain, in as much detail as possible, the inconvenient scenarios that can arise.

    5. Replacements/Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at pyramidandfish@outlook.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we will sort that out for you.
    1. Delayed Orders

    2. We are sorry for delays on estimated times which can occur due to high order volumes, customs processing, or carrier issues. If a delay is outside the expected timeframe, email us at pyramidandfish@outlook.com, to help us resolve this for you quickly.
    3. Orders delayed due to lost in transit will be sent again with no further charge, once the lost has been confirmed.
    1. Wrong/Damaged Product

    2. We are so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at pyramidandfish@outlook.com within 30 days timeframe since the delivered date, attach photos of the damaged product with a detailed description, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We will get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible.
    3. If the wrong item on deliver has been confirmed, a free replacement will be sent to you.
    1. Order Lost in Transit

    2. Our apparel is sent worldwide, due to different countries the shipping methods are different, however is possible to track them. Accuracy may differ for some carriers. If it is past the estimated delivery time or date and you still has not received your order, the package might be lost in transit.
    3. Please email us at pyramidandfish@outlook.com and we will contact the carrier to check on the order.
    4. If confirmed lost, a replacement will be sent to the given address, no further charge will be applied.
    5. Important to note that if a package has been marked as delivered by the carriers, We are not responsible lost packages, when tracking shows the package as delivered but the customer did not receive it.

    1. Size/Color Exchange/Refund

    2. Exchanges for different size or colors are not supported at the moment. At this time, we don't offer exchanges.
    3. If you are unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts. We have one for every item listed on our store.
    1. Buyer's Remorse

    2. Unfortunately we do not offer refunds for buyer's remorse
    3. Our refund policy does not cover buyer's remorse, so we won't be able to issue you a refund for the order. Thank you for understanding.
    1. Order Failed to Deliver

    2. If a shipping carrier is unable to deliver an order due to an incorrect address or an unclaimed package.
    3. It will be returned to the fullfilment facility. You will receive a notification when this happens, a confirmation on the address will be sent to you under 30 days since we have been notified that the order has been returned.
    4. Due to a wrong address charges will be asked to be payed by the customer, reshipping incurs in extra cost which are charged to you, during checkout the shipping address will be asked twice, be sure to double check the shipping address to avoid failed deliveries.

    2. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that is the case, please provide a detailed description with either photos, let us know at pyramidandfish@outlook.com within a week after receiving your order.
